Behind the scene

Hi, I’m Kuba.
As a millennial, I grew up during the dawn of the internet—curiosity and creativity came naturally. When I got my first computer, I was instantly hooked on design, starting with the good old Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Nowadays, the design toolbox has grown significantly, ranging from Figma to no-code platforms like Framer.
From the moment I set foot in school, I knew I wanted to pursue design—it was the one thing that made learning genuinely exciting for me. Over the years, that passion turned into my profession. Now, I get to call the thing I love most my full-time job.
My Experience / CV
Close contractor collaborations with the best software companies like DroidsOnRoids, Callstack, SuperDevs, Nomtek on international mobile app projects. All project on NDA ;( can’t show them. Working as a contractor gives me the opportunity to work with various types of projects in a flexible environment. I am responsible for UX and UI as a holistic approach to the project. Conducting workshops with the client, building multiple prototypes and user-friendly designs.
Focusing on developing the best experience for the big client from the big data, and database industry. That was the time where I figure about I didn't want to work full time under one company and become a contractor.
As a Droids on Roids Design Team Leader, I had a chance to build and try my interpersonal skillset and responsibilities like maintaining teams' needs, conducting feedback sessions and supporting the company planning strategy. At the same time, I was also responsible for developing commercial projects.
My responsibilities as the product designer/ ui/ux designer ware quite wide, extensive. Like a one-man army. They are connected with developing the product. Starting from complex estimation, research, conducting the workshops with clients using UX tools, supporting substantive and business aspects of projects, preparing the clickable wireframes/prototypes, and finally building the complex designs for mobile platforms. All that also with maintaining the contact with PO.
I was responsible for creating a holistic image of the brand, building comprehensive brand books, preparing materials for events and social media. Building websites and landing pages was the subject that I particularly liked and wanted to expand at that moment.
Working for an advertising agency has its pros and cons. This was the first place where I could build my skills in a "real" environment. I was responsible mainly for the visual aspects of brandings, websites, socials, and other advertisement materials.
