Product Design Workshop
We held five Product Design Workshops, starting with an initial session to refine the product concept. Additional workshops were conducted before developing each new version of the mobile commerce app, ensuring clear alignment on business goals, technical requirements, and development strategy.
Design
My goal was to design the app’s UX & UI to align with the CCC brand and incorporate the latest trends in UI design.
My key guidelines were:
To make browsing and purchasing products simple and engaging
To present brand and product information clearly and attractively
To guide users smoothly through the onboarding process
To use the CCC brand color palette
Continuous Product Iteration
Refining and evolving the product through continuous iterations to maximize value and user satisfaction. By gathering feedback, analyzing usage patterns, and testing improvements, the goal is to enhance functionality, optimize performance, and ensure the product adapts seamlessly to user needs.
Development
goal was to create an iOS and Android mobile commerce app for CCC S.A., the largest footwear retailer in Central Europe. The app allows users to browse and purchase products, order delivery, manage favorites, stay updated on discounts and trends, and join the CCC Club.
Goal
Seamless Purchase Flow Enhancement
Enhancing the purchasing process to ensure maximum smoothness and efficiency. The goal is to minimize friction, streamline transactions, and create an intuitive experience that guides users effortlessly from selection to checkout. This includes optimizing payment methods, reducing unnecessary steps, and integrating automated solutions for a hassle-free customer journey.
Club Card Optimization
Optimization of the club card registration and issuance process to acquire the maximum number of members. The system provides access to discounts, special offers, and vouchers, with the option to integrate with the database of active cards and efficiently manage the registration flow.
Product Discovery
Product Discovery lets users swipe through products like Tinder cards, allowing the app to learn their preferences and offer personalized recommendations. This creates a more engaging and intuitive shopping experience, helping users discover products they are likely to enjoy.
Impact
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to design the first e-commerce app for such a major player as CCC, the leading footwear retailer in Europe. It was a unique experience to contribute to a product that impacts millions of users. The app has been handed over to the CCC team, so I no longer have influence over its current look or development, but I am proud to have been part of its creation.
