One Product. Three apps.
Rider & Driver & Maps. A Driver App for employees and a Rider App for clients—seamlessly integrated to simplify transportation, food delivery, and everyday convenience.
From the ideas to first prototype. We organized 3 days workshops in Istanbul. The goal of the workshop was to crystalize the vision. We used event-storming, sketched the major user flow of both apps, and create the MVP based on the MoSCoW methodology.
Based on sketch user flow, clickable wireframes were created. They were starting point for the design and also helpful in estimating. Creating a visual language of the app from scratch was the first thing phase of the design for anroid and ios platforms. Development and iterating process supported with the scrum workflow close the circle of the project scope.
Designing an app that respects cultural norms like male and female separation while prioritizing female safety and trust was a unique challenge that required thoughtful solutions.
Creating a seamless experience in a cash-driven environment, without relying on card payments, required designing around real-world constraints such as the lack of proper addresses, frequent power outages, and limited mobile internet with reliable, adaptable solutions.
