The Kross Poland Mobile App is designed to enhance the cycling experience by offering tools for GPS route tracking, progress monitoring, and personalized route discovery. It enables users to share and explore trails within a community, manage bike warranties and services seamlessly, and access essential gear. Whether for trails or urban rides, the app provides a comprehensive platform to track, plan, and connect.
The process began with market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, ensuring a solid foundation for the project. This was followed by a workshop with the client, aimed at aligning on goals, gathering insights, and defining the core features and priorities of the product.
Next, a user flow was developed to map out the journey and interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users. This informed the prototyping and design phase, where wireframes and high-fidelity designs were created to visualize the app and validate concepts with stakeholders.

Finally, the project moved into collaboration with the development team, maintaining close communication to ensure the design vision was implemented effectively while addressing technical constraints and ensuring a smooth development process.
The project has been put on hold, with further development of the application currently suspended.
